Coaching and Counselling Skills

Designed as a 2-3 days programme.

Targeted at supervisors and managers who are required to coach and counsel others in the organisation.

This course will helping participants as follows:

  • Recognize their roles and responsibilities as a workplace coach and counselor
  • Distinguish the differences between coaching and counseling and the right situations for each
  • Describe the link between coaching/counseling and effective performance
  • Practise the skills and techniques required to conduct an effective coaching/counseling session
