Team Management Skills

Designed as a 2-3 day indoor programme

Target participants are those in organisations who are responsible for the leadership and performance of team members in their work groups and projects

The course will prepare participants for team leadership and will focus on the following areas:

  • Understand the nature of teams and the stages in the development of teams;
  • Be aware of the role of team members;
  • Recognise the need to establish effective team process
  • Practise skills in communication and problem solving; and
  • Know how to develop supportive relationships among team members.
